As an Logistics Executive, you are in charge of:
Preparing transport documents needed for the carriage of goods, including all required tax and customs declarations,
Bills and invoices, import/export declarations, bill of lading and a whole of other shipping documentations required by the clients or by the laws in the exporting country/importing country/transit countries.
Planning & Export vessel booking confirmation with shipping lines
Timely processing of shipping instructions to shipping lines
Communication on process
To keep stakeholders (internal colleagues) informed about the status of the documents
