Executive

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Increase E.com Product Ratings & Reviews to ensure high product ratings
  • Handle a large volume of customer calls, emails, and chat conversations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with escalations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by de-escalating situations and providing solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and to ensure satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets and quality standards.
  • Upsell products and services when appropriate.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills with a hold on both English & Hindi
  • Proficiency with Data Entry and Microsoft Excel skill
  • Preferred experience: 2-4 Years
