Executive

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Manage and Increase E.com Product Ratings & Reviews to ensure high product ratings
Handle a large volume of customer calls, emails, and chat conversations.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with escalations.
Resolve customer complaints and issues by de-escalating situations and providing solutions.
Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and to ensure satisfaction
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets and quality standards.
Upsell products and services when appropriate.

Key Requirements:

Strong Communication Skills with a hold on both English & Hindi
Proficiency with Data Entry and Microsoft Excel skill
Preferred experience: 2-4 Years
