Role Description We are seeking an experienced professional for a full-time Executive role at our Rajkot, India location. This is an on-site position where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coordinating projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and identifying opportunities for process optimization. The Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and maintain client satisfaction, ensuring that deliverables are met on schedule. Qualifications Proficiency in CNC programming, multi-axis machining, and automation system integration Strong skills in project management, process optimization, and meeting production efficiency goals Experience with quality control standards, precision component manufacturing, and on-time delivery management Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on achieving manufacturing objectives Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the Aerospace, Medical, Die & Mould, or Automotive industries is an advantage
