Executive Leasing - Transactions

You will be a Leasing Executive joining the Noida team of CRA Realtors, a prominent player in retail real estate across India. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential retail clients for leasing opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. Conducting site visits, negotiating lease terms, updating client databases, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote available properties will be crucial aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. While 13 years of experience in real estate leasing or sales is preferred, individuals with a strong interest in real estate are encouraged to apply. Effective communication, negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, as well as fluency in English and Hindi are essential qualifications for this role.
