Job Description

Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential retail tenants for mall and high street properties.
Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective clients and landlords.Support in preparing and sharing proposals, brochures, and property-related documents.Maintain leasing data, follow-ups, and transaction trackers in an organized format.Assist in lease negotiations under the guidance of the senior team.Work closely with the General Manager and other senior members to execute leasing strategies.Facilitate smooth documentation processes such as LOIs, MOUs, and leasing agreements.Stay updated with local retail market trends and brand movements.
