Overview:

Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive - Lean Retailing to join our After Sales Service team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and a passion for driving efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lean retailing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste in the After Sales Service department
• Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement, including streamlining workflows and reducing costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean principles and best practices
• Train and coach team members on lean methodologies and tools
• Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of lean initiatives
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and increase profitability
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lean retailing and incorporate them into the company's processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the jewellery industry
• Strong understanding of lean principles and methodologies
• Proven track record of implementing lean initiatives and driving process improvements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Willingness to travel as needed

Graduate with good analytical & communication skills

Experience in tools like MS Excel & Macros

Exposure to Oracle & POSS

Proactive & Flexible to fulfil exceptional requirements

Influencing people

4 to 5 years of experience in operations / Retail processes / Process

Simplification / lean management

Open for travelling
