Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales operation Executive/Sr. Executive with 4-5 years of experience in overseeing Sales and marketing teams. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of Sales and marketing professionals, ensuring they meet business objectives, stay aligned with company targets, and execute marketing strategies efficiently. He/ She will lead, support, and hold team members accountable, making sure the team remains productive, focused, and on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Leadership

Aligning Team to Goals

Mentorship & Support: Provide direct support and guidance to team members, helping them overcome obstacles, refine their skills, and improve their performance. Offer coaching and feedback where necessary.

Accountability & Performance Management: Hold team members accountable for their work, deadlines, and quality. Address performance concerns and implement corrective actions where necessary, ensuring the team is working at its best.

Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management on team performance, marketing efforts, and areas of concern. Prepare progress reports and communicate successes and challenges.

Drive Results: Ensure that the marketing team consistently delivers results and meets company targets. Implement strategies for continuous improvement in workflow and team productivity.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a related role

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Skills:

Proven ability to manage and lead a diverse team effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide and motivate team members.

In-depth knowledge of Sales marketing strategies and operations.
