Job Description

Executive IT Support

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Handle user account management, password resets, and access control.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure and connectivity.
Coordinate with vendors and IT team for hardware/software procurement, installation, and issue resolution.
Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge sharing.
Ensure adherence to IT security protocols and company policies.
Support periodic system upgrades and backups.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
13 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles.
Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts.
Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and LAN/WAN issues.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer service mindset.
