Position Overview

Executive IT Software Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain

  Python-based applications

  and in-house software solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and reusable

  Python code

  for automation and application development.
• Create, optimize, and manage

  SQL queries

  , stored procedures, and database functions.
• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security of information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored IT solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications and systems.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications and database operations.
• Document workflows, coding practices, and database structures for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and IT best practices to recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong programming expertise in Python

  (Django/Flask or similar frameworks will be an advantage).
• Hands-on experience with

  SQL Server.

• Knowledge of database optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Understanding of API integration, RESTful services, and automation scripts.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder interaction.

Education Qualification

• B.Tech / MCA / BCA or equivalent qualification

  Preferred candidates with a strong academic foundation in programming and database management

  )

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years

  of proven experience in software development with focus on Python and SQL.
