Role & responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Educational Institute stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document processes and requirements.
  • Document business rules, data models, and system workflows.
  • Provide training to users and support their participation in deployments and implementations.
  • Actively participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose solutions for successful project delivery.
