Job Description

You will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing student mobility processes for international students at FLAME University, Pune. Your role will involve ensuring smooth logistics, regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and positive student experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Manage pre-arrival coordination, immigration (FRRO/visa/C-Form/S-Form), housing, and induction logistics for incoming students. - Serve as the primary contact for student support and conduct regular check-ins. - Organize orientation/cultural events and maintain detailed student records. - Maintain an updated MIS/database of all outgoing students. - Support applications, credit mapping, learning agreements, and visa documentation for outgoing students. - Coordinate with Registrar/Program Office for transcripts and credit transfers. - Track all credit mapping stages and ensure timely faculty/HoD approvals. - Maintain version-controlled templates and archive all documentation related to credit mapping. - Ensure adherence to all International Office SOPs and maintain updated forms/templates. - Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. - Manage communication materials, FAQs, fact sheets, and info kits. - Support international delegations, visiting scholars, and students. - Contribute to social media and visual content creation using tools like Canva. Qualifications Required: - Strong operations and documentation skills are essential. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital record systems is necessary. - Clear written and verbal communication skills are required. - Attention to detail and compliance with regulations is crucial. - Ability to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks is expected. You will be assessed based on the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - On-time completion of mobility processes. - Zero-error documentation. - Student/partner satisfaction levels. - Compliance with FRRO/visa/SOP regulations. - Initiating process improvements to enhance efficiency.,
