Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Executive – International Holidays to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and selling customized outbound holiday packages to individuals, families, and corporate clients. You will work closely with suppliers, DMCs, and customers to ensure seamless travel experiences and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable international holiday packages (FIT/GIT).
• Design and prepare customized itineraries based on destinations, budget, duration, and preferences.
• Coordinate with global DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other suppliers for quotes and availability.
• Provide destination consultation and up-to-date travel information, including visa, insurance, and COVID guidelines.
• Generate quotations and close sales leads via phone, email, or walk-ins.
• Follow up with clients post-booking for documentation, payments, and travel preparation.
• Ensure timely visa assistance and handle travel documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance.
• Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any stream (preferably with a diploma in Travel & Tourism).

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in international holiday packages.
• Strong knowledge of popular international destinations (e.g., Europe, Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Maldives, North/ South America, South Africa, Australia, New zealand, Japan etc.).
• Good negotiation and communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati.
• Proficient in MS Office and travel CRM software.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for travel.
