Executive - International Holidays

As an Executive International Holidays at our Travel & Tourism company based in Jaipur - Mansarovar, you will play a crucial role in designing and selling customized outbound holiday packages to individuals, families, and corporate clients. With 13 years of experience in International Holiday Packages or Outbound Travel Sales, you will collaborate closely with suppliers, DMCs, and customers to ensure seamless travel experiences and high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements and suggesting appropriate international holiday packages, designing customized itineraries based on preferences, coordinating with global DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other suppliers, providing destination consultation and up-to-date travel information, generating quotations, closing sales leads, ensuring timely visa assistance, maintaining strong client relationships, meeting monthly sales targets, and contributing to the overall team performance. To excel in this role, you should hold a diploma in Travel & Tourism, possess strong knowledge of popular international destinations, have excellent negotiation and communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati, be proficient in MS Office and travel CRM software, and have a customer-centric mindset with a passion for travel. Your key skills should include international tour operations, FIT/GIT itinerary planning, DMC coordination, visa and documentation expertise, sales and customer service proficiency, destination knowledge, and familiarity with travel CRM and technology tools.
