Job Title: Executive – Internal Auditor (Manufacturing Sector)

Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Internal Auditor (Executive level) with 2 to 4 years of experience, ideally in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will support internal audit activities including financial and operational audits, internal control assessments, and compliance checks to ensure efficient and compliant business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting internal audits for financial and operational processes in a manufacturing setup.
• Support the evaluation and improvement of internal controls and help identify areas of risk.
• Help review existing systems, procedures, and business processes.
• Participate in the creation and execution of audit plans and checklists.
• Assist in root cause analysis and work with departments to resolve audit issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory guidelines, and standard procedures.
• Draft clear and concise audit observations and assist in preparing audit reports.
• Follow up with departments for implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain audit documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of audit functions.

Candidate Profile:

• 2–4 years of internal audit experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing techniques.
• Good data analysis and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism are a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
