Executive - Internal Audit

As an Internal Audit Executive at our company, you will be responsible for supporting internal process reviews, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to auditing practices, business process evaluation, and risk management in a professional work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes. - Review documents, records, and transactions for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies. - Prepare audit working papers, observations, and detailed audit reports. - Identify gaps, risks, and areas for process improvement across various departments. - Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely closure of audit findings. - Support risk assessment activities and assist in planning audit schedules. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper implementation of controls and compliance requirements. - Maintain documentation of audit findings, reports, and follow-up actions according to internal standards. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. - 2 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, or related roles (freshers may also apply). - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. - Good communication and interpersonal abilities. - Basic understanding of auditing concepts, financial controls, and compliance processes (training will be provided). - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Willingness to travel as per requirements.
