Executive - Insurance

Job Summary:

Meditrina Hospital, Kollam is a NABH-accredited, state-of-the-art healthcare facility known for excellence in multi-specialty medical care committed to delivering high-quality patient care with advanced medical technology and a compassionate approach.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive to join our Insurance Department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing ECHS Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) billing and claims processes in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle ECHS IP & OP claims processing and documentation
• Coordinate with ECHS authorities for approvals, clarifications, and follow-ups
• Ensure timely submission and settlement of insurance claims
• Maintain accurate records of all insurance transactions
• Liaise with patients and internal departments to streamline insurance-related procedures

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a hospital insurance department
• Sound knowledge of ECHS procedures and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office and hospital management systems

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
