Executive - Industry Research

As an Off-Role Executive for Industry Research at BAO, your primary responsibility will be conducting primary research, telephonic interviews, and cold calling to gather insights from industry players. Key Responsibilities: - Identify industry players and company representatives through market research - Conduct cold calls to gather insights and validations - Document insights accurately and summarize findings - Coordinate with the analytics team and refine calling scripts - Maintain daily trackers of outreach efforts and updated call logs - Stay updated on industry developments to improve conversation quality - Execute ad hoc tasks related to primary and secondary research Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any stream, though BBA/Commerce preferred - 1-3 years of experience in primary research, telephonic interviews, or cold calling - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Comfort with cold outreach and building rapport quickly - Ability to identify key stakeholders and relevant industry players - Prior experience in customer calling or industry outreach - Basic understanding of research processes or interest in learning across domains - Strong ownership, persistence, and self-starting abilities - Exposure to B2B calling and primary research - Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic documentation skills Please note that this role requires a stable internet connection and a laptop/PC with a minimum of 100 MBPS during the work from home phase.
