Executive In TPA

As a Client Servicing Team Lead/Executive, your role will involve managing and retaining top corporate clients in the region. You will be responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of SLAs of top stakeholders, overseeing timely submission of MIS reports, and maintaining relationships with HO of Insurance Companies and Brokers. Your duties will also include service fees collection, overseeing department functions like Customer Care, Claims, and Contact Centre, and ensuring ISO requirements for customer care and grievance are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for the P&L for the region, business development, and team management which includes regular interaction, training, handling escalations, and providing feedback to the team. Key Responsibilities: - Management and Retention of Top corporate clients - Reports on top corporate/insurance companies/brokers to be reviewed with Leadership Team - Fulfilment of SLAs of top stakeholders - Oversee timely submission of MIS reports - Maintain relationships with HO of Insurance Companies, Brokers - Service fees collection - Oversee Customer Care, Claims, Contact Centre functions - Ensure ISO requirements for customer care and grievance - Responsible for P&L for the region - Business development - Team Management and team building Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship roles in health insurance and TPA - Strong verbal, written, presentation, and persuasive skills - Experience in making and developing strategies If you are looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your experience and skills in client servicing and team management, this position might be the right fit for you.
