Job Title: Executive – HR Organization: Ekta Shakti Foundation Location: West Delhi Role Purpose: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support daily HR operations and assist in maintaining accurate employee records, statutory processes, and recruitment coordination. This role is ideal for someone who understands HR fundamentals and is eager to work in a structured, high-volume environment while learning and growing under experienced leadership. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day HR activities including documentation, file maintenance, onboarding, and employee data updates. Handle PF/ESIC-related tasks such as employee registration, exits, and updating information on respective portals. Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave records. Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, salary, and compliance. Assist in recruitment activities such as resume screening, interview coordination, and follow-up with candidates. Maintain and update HR databases, Excel trackers, and digital records regularly. Prepare documentation required for audits, inspections, and internal reviews. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations and compliance support. Working knowledge of PF/ESIC procedures and HR documentation. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately. Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable working with large employee databases. Good communication and coordination skills.
