Role & responsibilities 1. To process payroll. 2. Recruiting, hiring, and on boarding new employees. 3. Monitoring employees daily attendance. 4. Maintaining record of statutory compliance. 5. Maintaining leave record of employees. 6. Updating leave cards in the system. 7. Verify compensatory vouchers of employees. 8. Renewal of Insurance policies as and when require. 9. Yearly renewal of vendor agreements. 10. Coordinating with vendor and taking follow ups 11. Maintaining bonus sheet 12. Handling medical policies of employees, assisting them in claim procedure. 13. Handling employee compensation and benefits. 14. Addressing work-related issues of individual employees. 15. Conduct disciplinary action. 16. Update work related policies. 17.
