Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Executive – HR to join our team and manage critical HR functions. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of PF and ESIC laws, and must be capable of handling a large-scale workforce with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency. The candidate will also play a key role in core HR operations including employee lifecycle management, data maintenance, onboarding/offboarding, and recruitment coordination.
