About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle CSR & corporate fundraising. 2. Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with corporations, foundations, and CSR departments. 3. Design tailored proposals aligning corporate CSR/ESG priorities (e.g., SDGs, sustainability) with organizational impact areas. 4. Negotiate partnership models (e.g., grants, employee engagement, cause marketing). 5. Handle donor relationship management. 6. Cultivate and steward relationships with corporate donors, ensuring compliance and reporting on impact. 7. Maintain a CRM database to track prospects, partnerships, and renewals. 8. Analyze CSR trends, corporate giving patterns, and competitor strategies to optimize outreach. 9. Collaborate with program teams to showcase project outcomes for donor reporting. 10. Craft compelling pitches, presentations, and grant proposals for corporate audiences.
