Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Housekeeper role located in Coimbatore. The Executive Housekeeper will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising the housekeeping team, managing inventory and supplies, monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining the upkeep of both guest rooms and public spaces. This role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in team management, training, and staff supervision skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventory control, and standard operating procedures in hospitality.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and sustainable housekeeping practices.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental coordination and guest interaction.
• Relevant experience in hospitality or related fields; prior leadership experience is an advantage.
• A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
