Executive Housekeeper

Role Overview: As the Executive Housekeeper at Park Hyatt Chennai, you will be responsible for efficiently running the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be on meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations by managing all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel. This includes overseeing the cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation for hotel linen, uniforms, and guest laundry. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas are maintained to the highest standards. - Manage the laundry and dry-cleaning operation, including hotel linen, uniforms, and guest laundry. - Implement Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards within the department. - Meet employee, guest, and owner expectations by providing exceptional service. - Oversee a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. - Train and develop housekeeping staff to deliver quality service. - Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed. - Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or complaints promptly. - Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. Qualifications Required: - Ideally, you should have a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. - Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager in a larger operation. - Strong problem-solving skills, administrative abilities, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.,
