Role Overview

Responsible for maintaining indoor plants across assigned sites and ensuring smooth client coordination with high service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain indoor plants: watering, pruning, pest control, fertilizing, and replacements.Ensure all landscaped areas are clean, healthy, and presentable.Monitor plant health and plan timely replacements when required.Coordinate with on-site crew and manage daily horticulture activities.Maintain plant inventory and service records.Act as the main contact for clients; address queries, feedback, and service requests.Conduct site walkthroughs and share reports.Advise clients on plant choices and indoor landscaping improvements.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Horticulture/Agriculture/Botany.1–3 years of indoor landscaping or horticulture experience.Strong plant knowledge and problem-solving skills.Good communication and client-handling ability.Ability to manage multiple sites and guide on-site staff.
