Job Description

Role Summary -

Key Responsibilities -

Departmental Correspondence & Queries

Assist in responding to notices from GST departments.
Support in preparing and filing appeals under the guidance of senior team members.

GST Filings & Refunds

Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns.
Help process GST refund claims and address any related queries.

Audit Support

Support the team during GST department audits.
Ensure accurate reporting and maintain compliance during audits.

Knowledge Development

Assist in drafting basic articles and blog posts on GST-related topics, contributing to internal knowledge-sharing.

Required Skills -

Proficiency in
Excel
for data handling and basic reporting.
Familiarity with
Tally
for GST accounting.
Basic understanding of
AI tools
like ChatGPT for content drafting.
Exposure to
Power BI
or similar tools for data visualization is a plus.

Education & Experience -

Bachelor's degree in Finance
or a related field.
Master's degree in Finance
is preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years
of experience in a CA firm or tax consulting company, with an interest or exposure to GST.
