Description:

The role involves ensuring CGMP compliance and supervision activity in manufacturing.

Essential Functions:

Ensure
cGMP compliance
during manufacturing operations
Execute
wet/dry granulation
as per
BMR/BPR and SOPs
Operate and monitor
RMG, FBD, and Blender
Perform and record
in-process checks
accurately
Maintain
online manufacturing documentation
Ensure compliance with
GMP, EHS, and data integrity
requirements
Support
equipment cleaning, line clearance, and changeovers
Report
deviations, OOS, and equipment breakdowns
to seniors
Coordinate with
QA, Maintece, and Production
teams

Additional Responsibilities:

Ensure cGMP compliance and supervision of manufacturing activities
Possess basic knowledge of granulation machines and operations
Perform in-process checks during batch execution as per SOP/BMR
Maintain and update online manufacturing and quality documents
Handle and ensure calibration status of IPQA instruments (e.g., balance, moisture analyzer, BD, TD, sieve shaker)
Coordinate with QA/Engineering for timely calibration and compliance
