Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive Drawing & Documentation with experience in preparing process drawings and handling ISO documentation for machining-related jobs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AutoCAD, strong documentation skills, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and update process drawings for various machining jobs
Create, maintain, and control technical drawings using AutoCAD
Handle ISO documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards
Prepare process flow diagrams, work instructions, and related documents
Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams
Maintain drawing records, revisions, and document control systems
Support audits and ensure documentation accuracy and traceability

Experience

Minimum 1+ year of experience in CAD within the machining / manufacturing field

Qualification

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or BE Mechanical

Skills & Competencies

Proficient in AutoCAD
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Understanding of machining processes and manufacturing drawings
Knowledge of ISO standards and documentation practices
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Effective communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

Exposure to CNC / VMC machining environments
Familiarity with document control systems
Experience supporting internal and external audits
