Executive Fleet Maintenance

As an Executive Fleet Maintenance at Linde South Asia Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing the integrated truck & tank maintenance facility. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Managing fleet safety, reliability & maintenance aspects by executing preventive & predictive maintenance plans - Introducing new & retro fitment of technology for tank/truck/trailer rehab projects and efficiency improvement projects - Managing workshop activities & associated workforce following stipulated safety, statutory, quality guidelines - Providing safety & reliable fleet maintenance solutions to the delivery team - Handling integrated maintenance facility (Tank & Truck) diagnostics & PM Plan - Managing inventory, workforce periodic training & certification program, maintenance productivity & KPIs - Ensuring proper documentation & statutory compliance - Taking responsibility for vehicle & workshop safety To excel in this role, you are required to have a degree/diploma in Automobile Engineering with a minimum of eight to ten (8-10) years of field experience, preferably in automobile manufacturing units (light/heavy vehicles).
