Executive Fleet Maintenance

Role Overview: As an Executive Fleet Maintenance at Linde South Asia Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing an integrated truck & tank maintenance facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring fleet safety, reliability, and maintenance by executing preventive & predictive maintenance plans, introducing new technology, managing workshop activities, and providing safety and reliable fleet maintenance solutions to the delivery team. You will also be in charge of integrated maintenance facility diagnostics, inventory management, workforce training, maintenance productivity, and ensuring proper documentation & statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage fleet safety, reliability & maintenance aspects by executing preventive & predictive maintenance plans - Introduce new technology and retrofit existing technology for tank/truck/trailer rehab projects - Manage workshop activities & associated workforce following safety, statutory, and quality guidelines - Provide safety & reliable fleet maintenance solutions to the delivery team - Manage integrated maintenance facility (Tank & Truck) diagnostics & PM Plan - Handle inventory management, workforce periodic training & certification program, maintenance productivity & KPIs, and activity report & MIS - Ensure proper documentation & statutory compliance - Responsible for vehicle & workshop safety Qualifications Required: - Degree/diploma in Automobile Engineering with 8-10 years of field experience, preferably in automobile manufacturing units (light/heavy vehicles) - Strong communication skills At Linde South Asia Services Pvt.
