Daily Financial Transactions

  • Recording day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses).
  • Assisting in maintaining ledgers and journals.

Invoice Management

  • Preparing and processing customer and vendor invoices.
  • Ensuring timely billing and payment follow-ups.

Banking and Reconciliation

  • Assisting in bank-related tasks like deposits, withdrawals, and statements.
  • Performing basic

Assisting in Financial Reporting

  • Helping in the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports.
  • Gathering and organizing financial data for analysis and audit.

Budgeting Support

  • Supporting the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Monitoring actual expenses vs. budget under supervision.

Payroll Support

  • Assisting with salary processing and employee reimbursement entries.

Data Entry & ERP Support

  • Entering financial data into accounting software (like Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).

Coordination with Other Departments

  • Liaising with procurement, HR, and operations to ensure proper financial documentation.
