Role Overview: You are a driven and tech-savvy individual joining as a Senior Accounts Executive at a dynamic startup in Gurgaon, India. Your main focus will be optimizing financial operations and delivering top-tier solutions to clients by managing client accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with technical and business teams. Key Responsibilities: - Well-versed with expense accounting concepts and procedures. - Track compliance due dates, coordinate with auditors, update AR files, follow up on overdue invoices, and perform financial reconciliations (Bank, GST ITC, TDS). - Support US Ramp card transactions update and prepare monthly timesheets for billed hours. - Responsible for timely closure of India books and providing MIS to management. Qualifications Required: - CA Inter/ CWA preferred with 3-5 years of experience. - B.com/ M.com with 5-7 years of experience. - CA Inter / CWA candidates will be given preference. - 2+ years of experience with Tally. - Experience with QuickBooks will be given preference. - Knowledge of US GAAP is a plus. - Experience in preparation of financial statements and management of auditors.
