Executive Finance and Purchase

As an Executive in the Purchase & Finance department at our company located in Doddaballapur, Karnataka, you will have the following responsibilities: - **Procurement Operations:** - Issue purchase orders based on approved requirements. - Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods/services. - Confirm material receipt and update relevant ERP entries. - **Finance Coordination:** - Generate invoices and e-way bills in compliance with GST norms. - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in ERP. - **Reporting & Compliance:** - Prepare periodic reports on finance, stock status, and vendor performance. - Assist in reconciliation of accounts and stock audits. - **Audit & Statutory Filing:** - Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audit requirements. - Support in responding to audit queries and ensure timely filing of statutory returns. Your role will require the following key skills: - Proficiency in Tally/ERP software - Good understanding of the purchase process and basic finance - Knowledge of GST, e-way bill, and statutory compliance - Strong coordination and communication skills - Attention to detail and timely execution This is a full-time position with day shift schedules.
