Job Description Accounts & Finance Executive
Role Overview
The Accounts & Finance Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, statutory compliances, MIS reporting, banking activities, asset management, and coordination with statutory auditors. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
**Accounts Receivable (AR)**
* Daily accounting of bank receipts and preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
* Preparation of weekly debtor ageing reports and follow-up with Sales teams and customers for overdue payments.
* Resolution of GRN issues and processing of debit/credit notes.
* Preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports and support during month-end closing.
**Accounts Payable (AP)**
* Processing and accounting of vendor invoices.
* Timely release of payments after validation and approvals.
* Vendor reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.
**Asset Management**
* End-to-end fixed asset accounting including capitalization, depreciation, and disposal.
* Maintenance and periodic reconciliation of fixed asset registers.
**Statutory Compliance & Payments**
* Preparation and filing of monthly statutory returns including GST, TDS, TCS, and SEZ compliances.
* Timely statutory payments and reconciliation with books of accounts.
**Banking / Treasury**
* Preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly bank stock statements.
* Coordination with banks for compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements.
**MIS & Financial Reporting**
* Preparation and circulation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
* Preparation of monthly schedules and General Ledger (GL) scrutiny for MIS and Balance Sheet finalization.
**Audit & Compliance**
* Preparation of audit schedules, reports, and supporting documents.
* Coordination with statutory auditors and handling audit sampling and queries.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelors degree in commerce (B.Com) / Finance; CA-Inter / CMA-Inter preferred.
* 3–6 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and statutory compliances.
* Hands-on experience with SAP systems and MS Excel.

* Ability to work independently and meet month-end deadlines.
