This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and strategic goals of a food program and cafeteria management, which includes overseeing kitchen, café and pantry, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The duties also involve managing budgets, supervising staff and vendors, and coordinating projects like renovations and maintenance to ensure a hygienic food program is delivered.

About the Role:

Operations Management: Manage daily operations to ensure the cafeteria runs smoothly, especially during peak hours.
Staff Management: Supervise and manage cafeteria staff, including scheduling and performance reviews.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of food and beverages to meet company standards.
Inventory and Stock: Maintain adequate stock levels for food, beverages, and other supplies, and monitor vending machines.
Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
