Executive - Events & Partnership

Role Overview: You will be responsible for event planning & execution, partnership development, brand representation & communication, and team collaboration at Servd Delhi. Your role will involve assisting in developing and managing branded and promotional events, establishing partnerships with relevant brands, acting as a brand ambassador, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize the impact of partnerships and events. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and managing end-to-end planning of branded and promotional events for Servd Delhi - Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize event themes and formats - Handle all logistical aspects, including venue selection and vendor management - Ensure events align with the brand identity and deliver an exceptional experience for attendees - Oversee on-ground coordination to ensure seamless execution - Identify and establish relationships with relevant brands - Negotiate and secure partnerships to enhance event value - Create joint marketing strategies with partners - Contribute to the overall events and partnership strategy - Act as a brand ambassador at events and networking functions - Work closely with the content team to create promotional materials and marketing campaigns - Ensure clear communication between stakeholders - Collaborate with content and social media teams to develop content and marketing strategies - Coordinate with the business development team to align partnership opportunities with revenue goals Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in the food and beverage industry with a strong network in F&B, hospitality, and media industries - Understanding of digital marketing and content creation - 1 year of experience in event management, partnerships, or a similar role in the F&B, media, or hospitality industry - Proven ability to manage end-to-end event planning and execution - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational and project management skills,
