Job Description

Job Title: Senior Executive - Customer Service | Night Shift

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive to join our Customer Service department. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses via phone, email, or chat.
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
6. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer retention.
7. Train and mentor junior customer service representatives to ensure consistent service delivery.
8. Prepare and analyze customer service reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
8. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
