Executive Engineer (Mechanical)

• Supervise daily execution of mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, piping, equipment installation, etc.).
• Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and workforce for smooth site activities.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and BOQs.
• Assist in resolving technical/site issues and escalate when required.
• Carry out inspections and prepare checklists for completed works.
• Monitor material availability and raise requirements in advance.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and equipment at site.
• Verify consumption and prevent wastage.
• Update daily progress reports and submit to reporting engineer/manager.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other discipline engineers for smooth workflow.
• Support site measurements and billing certification of subcontractors.

Education: Diploma/BE Mechanical with 7 yrs experience in Construction Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
