Executive Director

E.S. Arts and Science College is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive Director to take charge of the institution’s growth and success. This is an exciting leadership role focused on revenue growth and strategic development.

Eligibility:

• Any Degree (preferably MBA or equivalent)
• Proven leadership and administrative experience, ideally in the education sector

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in team management
• Strategic and analytical thinking to drive growth and enhance performance
• Expertise in revenue generation and student admissions

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and improved admissions
• Coordinate and collaborate with the Principal, faculty staff, and local schools to foster institutional growth
• Develop new initiatives to expand the institution’s reach and reputation
• Foster partnerships with educational organizations to enhance program offerings and market presence
• Lead and manage all departments with a focus on operational excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
