"Job Summary:
KPMG is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Consultant to join our Advisory practice. The role involves supporting client engagements through review of technical documentation, development of impactful presentations, stakeholder engagement, and contribution to requirement mapping and testing activities. The ideal candidate will bring consulting experience in the banking sector, a strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives, and solid technical acumen to bridge business needs with technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Review:
Analyze and validate technical and functional documents to ensure completeness, clarity, and alignment with client objectives.
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve documentation quality and consistency.
Presentation Development:
Design and deliver professional presentations tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
Translate complex technical and business information into clear, concise, and visually engaging formats.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements, share updates, and manage expectations.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to drive alignment and decision-making.
Requirement Mapping & Validation:
Support the mapping of business and technical requirements across project phases.
Ensure traceability and alignment of requirements with business goals and solution design.
Testing Support:
Assist in defining test scenarios and validating requirements through functional and user acceptance testing.
Work closely with QA teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
3 5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project delivery roles.
Proven experience working with clients in the banking and financial services sector.
Exposure to digital transformation projects, including process reengineering, technology enablement, or customer experience enhancement.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and interpret technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Team-oriented with a proactive and professional approach."
