Executive - Development

As a Software Developer at Jainam Broking Limited, you will play a crucial role in developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using .NET frameworks and technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions to meet business requirements and technical specifications. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, QA testers, and project managers, to deliver software projects on time and within budget. - Designing application architectures, components, and modules based on technical requirements and system specifications. - Developing technical design documentation, including system diagrams, flowcharts, and data models to facilitate implementation and maintenance. - Conducting code reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to coding standards, software design principles, and best practices. - Identifying and addressing software defects, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities through systematic testing and debugging. - Collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements, clarify technical specifications, and resolve issues and challenges. - Communicating project status, progress, and obstacles to project managers and team members in a timely and transparent manner. - Participating in team meetings, scrum ceremonies, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. - Providing technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and resolving problems related to .NET applications.
