Executive - Delegate Acquisition

As a Delegate Acquisition Executive, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate relationships with senior-level management to generate interest and attendance for a portfolio of B2B live & digital events. This role involves creating new business opportunities, managing ongoing relationships with C-level clients, and engaging key decision-makers within your designated market. Your Roles and Responsibilities will include meeting and exceeding event targets, creating business opportunities from new and existing customer accounts, conducting complex negotiations with senior executives, researching and maintaining databases using CRM software, effective communication with clients via telephone and written channels, addressing client objections efficiently, staying informed about competitor events to highlight advantages, collaborating with the sales team to promote opportunities, exchange information, and enhance professionalism. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or a relevant field, 0-1 years of experience in B2B Business Development, and familiarity with CRM applications is considered a bonus.
