Job Description

Responsible for managing all post sales handover, customer engagement program, retention management, loyalty programs. It plays a critical role in maintaining organizations position as a leader in the security industry.

Responsibilities:

Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business by providing support, information and guidance.
Co-ordinates with the internal team for timely resolution and closure of gaps.
Understanding Client Needs and Requirements
Ongoing relationship development
Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion.
Schedule and conduct Training Sessions for development resources and customers.
Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.
Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
Develop and update client related reports and MIS.
