Executive Customer Care & Coordinator

You will be responsible for handling day-to-day customer care operations with efficiency and professionalism. You will coordinate closely with various internal departments and team members across all levels to assure positive delivery of shipments. As a single point of communication for select clients and their daily MIS, you will provide detailed follow-ups and ensure timely communication and resolution of customer issues. Maintaining strong communication between the field staff, operations, and clients will be crucial. Additionally, you will be required to maintain records, prepare reports as needed, possess strong interpersonal and coordination skills, work independently, take full responsibility for assigned tasks, and communicate fluently in the local language. - Handle day-to-day customer care operations with efficiency and professionalism - Coordinate closely with various internal departments and team members for positive delivery of shipments - Act as a single point of contact for select clients and their daily MIS - Provide detailed follow-ups and ensure timely communication and resolution of customer issues - Maintain strong communication between field staff, operations, and clients - Maintain records, prepare reports as necessary - Age requirement of 30 years and above - Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Care and Coordination roles within the Courier / Transport / Cargo industry or service sector - Strong interpersonal and coordination skills - Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for assigned tasks - Fluent communication in the local language This position is strictly for candidates currently residing in Trivandrum or nearby areas.,
