Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers in a friendly manner
Ability to use the ERP/CRM systems and follow the Service Ticketing Process
Evaluate problems and complaints of the customer and provide resolutions by coordinating with the team
Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
Manage & update customer databases
Respond to the needs of customers professionally and provide a high-quality of service
Have a good knowledge of the company's processes and SOPs
Follow the escalation Matrix and KPIs provided by the Senior Manager
Feedback & Reporting to the Senior Management promptly
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Self-motivated individual who can work individually and as part of a larger team
Flexibility to work in shifts if required
Good Phone Manners
Excellent communication skills, including verbal & written, with proper grammar
Good computer skills, advanced Excel skills will be a bonus
Good multi-tasking skills
Familiarity with the CRM process in Real Estate
Customer focus
Excellent time management skills
Previous experience in a customer support role in the Banking & Insurance industry preferred
