About the role We're looking for a full-time, in-house Art Director whos a creative thinker with excellent design skills to help us elevate our brands. Our Art Director must have a strong creative vision with adherence to brand guidelines. As a member of the Marketing team, our Art Director will design marketing collateral for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), work closely with the product, brand, packaging and creative teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop designs. The most successful Art Director will be a quick learner with versatile design skill, who understands and evolves the voice of our brand.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with the brand marketing team on key campaigns: partake in ideation, conceptualization, design and execution

• Own ideation, conceptualization, and execution of Key Visuals and Promotion Campaigns to help drive marketing objectives by executing the narrative in a visually compelling manner

• Create/design/develop marketing collaterals for digital, social & offline projects across the portfolio

• Work alongside different internal & external stakeholders/agencies to ensure consistent flow of communication on design

• Works closely with the Brand Team to visualize social ideas and bring them to life

• Work independently to develop creative content and create authentic designs across channels

• Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive design concepts

• Simultaneously manage multiple projects

Must have :

• 0 to 2 years’ experience in graphic design with an advertising agency, social media agency or brand's internal creative team

• Software efficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), MS Office (Proficiency in 3D design skills & tools will be a definite plus)

• Strong portfolio including graphics & illustration-based work, conceptual thinking, understanding of layouts & usage of colors, good sense of typography and design.

• Comfortable with both print and digital medium of creative outputs with sound knowledge of artworks for print

• Interest and understanding of different digital platforms

• Ability to manage multiple tasks & stakeholders

• Knowledge of social media marketing best practice
