Job Title- Executive Counsellor

Job Location- Vasant Kunj, New Delhi

Work Mode- Work from the office 05 days a week.

Experience- Experience with 1-2 years in customer service.

Education- Any Graduate

CTC- 25,000-30,000 per month

Job Profile-

·      Taking phone calls and explaining the education model of the company.

·      Contact existing customers as well as prospective customers.

·      Obtaining customer (parent) information and other relevant data.

·      Resolving queries and issues of the parent.

·      Maintaining data hygiene and reports in Excel.

Job Requirements –

·      Sales background with prior BPO/Calling experience preferred.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

·      Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

·      Demonstrates professional attitude and etiquette

·      Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
