We are currently seeking individuals with experience in Primary or L2 Research, discreet calling, investigative interviews, investigative research, and discreet intelligence gathering for Integrity Due Diligence & Senior Management Due Diligence. The ideal candidate will have the ability to conduct thorough research on specific targets to identify any red flags that could potentially impact an organization. Additionally, the role involves preparing due diligence reports to support private equity funds, financial institutions, and assist in executing investments and deals in various industries. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting discreet inquiries and background checks related to shareholding, ownership structure, key personnel, pending litigation, market reputation, regulatory compliance, adverse media checks, credit checks, and international watch lists - Building positive client relationships and enhancing firm and personal brand value - Ensuring consistent client satisfaction and maintaining a high level of confidentiality - Reviewing team deliverables, guiding new team members, and delegating work with defined timelines - Monitoring progress, managing risks, and keeping key stakeholders informed about expected outcomes - Developing communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Executing tasks as per the prescribed methodology and maintaining quality across deliverables - Demonstrating attention to detail, managing sensitive information, and improving research capabilities The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking. Additionally, they should have a moderate understanding of IT systems, knowledge of MS Office, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
