We are looking for individuals experienced in Primary or L2 Research, investigative interviews, discreet intelligence gathering for Integrity Due Diligence & Senior Management Due Diligence. The ideal candidate will excel in conducting thorough research on specific targets to identify red flags potentially impacting an organization. Preparation of due diligence reports supporting private equity funds, financial institutions, and facilitating investments and deals in various industries is a key aspect. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct discreet inquiries and background checks regarding shareholding, ownership structure, key personnel, pending litigation, market reputation, regulatory compliance, adverse media checks, credit checks, and international watch lists - Build positive client relationships, enhance firm and personal brand value - Ensure consistent client satisfaction, maintain a high level of confidentiality - Review team deliverables, guide new team members, delegate work with defined timelines - Monitor progress, manage risks, keep key stakeholders informed about expected outcomes - Develop communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Execute tasks as per the prescribed methodology, maintain quality across deliverables - Demonstrate attention to detail, manage sensitive information, improve research capabilities The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking. Additionally, a moderate understanding of IT systems, knowledge of MS Office, and a proactive problem-solving approach is required.
