Executive Compensation Lead

You are a seasoned Compensation & Benefits professional looking to join the C&B Centre of Excellence (CoE) at a leading global technology organization. Your main focus will be on executive compensation, which includes roles such as CXO, CIO, CTO, and other leadership positions across multiple entities within the group. Your responsibilities will involve designing and managing intricate compensation structures, such as ESOPs and long-term incentives, to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with the business strategy. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the design and governance of executive compensation frameworks, driving the strategy and execution of ESOPs, RSUs, deferred compensation, and other long-term incentive plans. You will also be tasked with conducting compensation benchmarking and market intelligence for executive-level roles, collaborating with various departments such as finance, legal, HR business partners, and external consultants to ensure alignment and compliance. Additionally, you will prepare analytical insights and presentations for leadership reviews and Compensation Committee meetings, partner with global and domestic teams to maintain a consistent compensation philosophy across entities, and ensure adherence to relevant legal, tax, and regulatory frameworks. To excel in this role, you should have 12-16 years of progressive HR experience with a core focus on Compensation & Benefits. You must possess a strong understanding of executive compensation, including the design and implementation of ESOPs and long-term incentive programs. Experience working in a C&B CoE or a similar strategic HR environment is preferred, along with the ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and engage effectively with senior stakeholders. You should be grounded, mature, and resilient, capable of handling confidential and high-stakes matters under pressure. Prior experience in large global organizations or the IT/tech industry would be advantageous for this position.,
